Shipping will be USPS first class mail and is free to the United States. Upper DU bushing shows some wear but is not worn out. There is a lower bushing installed but I don't remember what bike it is for. Neither air or oil and there are no scratches on the lower tube. I had the wiper seal replaced and air can service done last week so it will be good to go when you install it.
It was well taken care of with service done at regular intervals. I've had this in a box for a while and can't remember what bike it was removed from.
